摘要
在发展中国家处于高速城市化、工业化的背景下,BIM作为工程建设行业的革新技术,正被越来越多的国家所重视.为明晰目前BIM技术在中国建筑领域的应用情况并进一步对其推广,通过对政策标准、研究体系以及相关文献的梳理,发现BIM技术在项目管理方面优势显著,但面临着绩效管理混乱、横向协作被切割、纵向支持不足、垂向结合较差、培训力度不够等问题,如何更加高效地应用BIM技术并发挥其核心优势成为了亟需解决的现实问题.鉴于此,首先邀请建筑领域相关工作人员填写BIM技术应用现状方面的调查问卷,其次从调查结果中总结出当前国内BIM落地困境,最后从平台搭建、管理人员素养、政策及标准制定、协同发展等方面出发,为后续的推广应用及政府决策提供建议.
Abstract
Under the background of rapid urbanization and industrialization in developing countries,BIM,as an innovative technology in the engineering construction industry,is being valued by more and more countries.In order to clarify the current application of BIM technology in China's construction field and further promote it,through the research on policy standard,research system as well as the related literature,found that BIM technology in project management advantage,but facing the performance management confusion,lack of horizontal collaboration supported by cutting,longitudinal and vertical combination is poorer,such problems as insufficient training,how to more efficient use of BIM technology and take advantage of its core has become the realistic problem needs to solve.In view of this,first,relevant staff in the construction field were invited to fill in the questionnaire on the current situation of BIM technology application,then summarize the difficulties of BIM implementation in China from the survey results,finally,from the aspects of platform construction,manager literacy,policy and standard formulation,and collaborative development,etc.,to provide suggestions for subsequent promotion and application and government decision-making.
