Analysis and treatment on structural design difficulties of COFCO Qianhai Headquarter Building
COFCO Qianhai Headquarter Building project is a complex super high-rise structure,and the tower adopts a concrete-filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure with a boom truss.The core cylinder is arranged eccentrically with localized diagonal column conversion,and the high area is attached to the main structure by the tension cable curtain wall structure.The strategy of eccentric cylinder structure design was introduced.The design of special joint for the inclined column conversion was analyzed.The stress of joint for the super large tensile cable curtain wall and the structural members of the main tower was analyzed.The results show that eccentricity can effectively be reduced by adopting unequal wall thickness design for the core cylinder,and at the same time,the steel sections set up in the core cylinder wall can effectively resist the tensile force brought by the core cylinder offset.The reasonable setting of the truss structure can effectively resist the torque and tensile force transmitted by the tensile cable curtain wall.and the conversion joint of circular and square columns nodes by using the three-channel ring-plate conversion can efficiently realize the conversion of joint force and is convenient for the construction.
