山东港口大厦采用钢管混凝土柱-钢梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,角部 6 根斜钢管混凝土柱由下至上逐层缩进,与向上收紧的风帆形态相呼应.结构存在各层楼板局部不连续、跃层柱和高度超限等不规则项,按C级抗震性能目标进行性能化设计,采用SAUSAGE进行罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性分析,找出结构薄弱部位和构件,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施.空中大堂采用"刚柔结合"的钢-索网幕墙体系,介绍了支撑幕墙的主体结构.采用ANSYS对钢管混凝土柱斜柱变直柱节点进行了有限元分析.分析结果表明结构抗震性能良好,满足设定的抗震性能目标.
Structural design of Shandong Port Building
Shandong Port Building adopts a mixed structure system of concrete-filled steel tubular column-steel beam-reinforced concrete core tube.The six inclined steel tube concrete columns at the corner are indented layer by layer from bottom to top,which echoes with the upward tightened sail shape.The structure has irregular items such as local discontinuities of floor slabs of each floor,through floor columns and height overruns.The performance-based design was carried out according to the seismic performance target of grade C.The elastoplastic analysis under rare earthquake was carried out using SAUSAGE to find out the weak parts and components of the structure,and targeted seismic strengthening measures were taken.The rigid-flexible steel-cable net curtain wall system is adopted in the air lobby,the main structure supporting the curtain wall was introduced.ANSYS was used to analyze the inclined column to straight column joints of concrete-filled steel tubular columns.The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the structure is good and meets the set seismic performance target.
