Research on subsidence mechanical properties of dual-hole pipe jacking receiving well in soft soil stratum
Compared with conventional caisson, the influence law of the difference in the geometric form of pipe jacking receiving wells on the structural stress and deformation is not clear, and it is urgent to carry out further research.Relying on the rectangular receiving well of a drainage pipe jacking project in Wuhan,on-site monitoring was carried out on the stress and sinking shape of the caisson structure, and numerical simulation was used to carry out comparative verification and extended research. The results show that the local stiffness reduction of the structure caused by the pre-installed pipe jacking receiving opening will lead to the enhancement of the bending effect of the structure in the initial sinking stage, which will reduce the compressive stress of the inner reinforcement near the receiving opening and shift the reinforcement to a tension state, and will exacerbate the magnitude of the stress change of the reinforcement at this location in the later sinking stages. The additional stress generated by the increase of the frictional resistance of the outer wall of the caisson superimposes the action of the bending moment, leading to the internal force of the longitudinal reinforcement in the inner and outer layers of the structure is unevenly distributed along the thickness direction of the shaft wall.Soil reinforcement of soft soil layer is conducive to improve the stability of the structure of the pipe jacking receiving well and the receiving accuracy of the pipe jacking head.
