Study on bearing capacity of defective reinforced concrete pipeline based on orthogonal test
Due to the influence of complex geological conditions during the service of power tunnels, structural diseases such as deformation, cracks and corrosion are prone to occur. In order to ensure the safe operation of cable tunnels,it is necessary to study the influence of different structural diseases on the bearing capacity of cable tunnels to evaluate the health status of tunnel operation. The trilateral load orthogonal model test of defective reinforced concrete pipeline was carried out.The vertical displacement of the pipe top,the cracking load and the ultimate load of the pipeline were taken as the evaluation indexes of the bearing capacity of the pipeline.By analyzing the range and variance of the evaluation indexes of the bearing capacity of the pipeline under different factors and levels, the significance of the influence of crack depth, corrosion deterioration degree of steel bar and concrete deterioration degree on the bearing capacity index of the pipeline was obtained. The results show that the main reason for the decrease of plastic deformation capacity of reinforced concrete pipeline is the decrease of plasticity after corrosion degradation of steel bar.The decrease of cross-sectional area caused by crack development is the main reason for the decrease of bearing capacity of pipeline cracking state. The strength reduction of concrete after corrosion degradation is the main reason for the weakening of the ultimate bearing capacity of the pipeline.
