Study on wind load sharing ratio of inner and outer panels of curtain wall insulating glass
Insulating glass is widely used in building curtain walls in China, but the research on the wind load sharing ratio of inner and outer panels of insulating glass is insufficient, and the corresponding provisions of the specification need to be further improved.Firstly, the influencing factors of the load sharing ratio of insulating glass was summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of relevant codes between China and Europe were compared.Based on the principle that the deflection displacement field of the inner and outer panels is the same as the gas volume change of the hollow layer obtained by the ideal gas equation,a high-precision bearing capacity calculation model for frame supported and point supported insulating glass was established, and the parametric analysis of the load sharing ratio of insulting glass was carried out.The calculation results are in good agreement with the results of the EU Code. Finally, for the frame supported insulating glass with mainstream panel thickness, considering the influencing factors such as airspace thickness, panel size and aspect ratio, formulas for calculating the coefficients of the airspace applicable to different scenarios were derived based on the method of least squares curve fitting.
