Experimental study on seismic performance of prefabricated concrete shear walls connected by high-strength bolts
A dry connection method for bolt connection of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure was proposed, embedded steel parts in prefabricated wall panels, the upper and lower walls are connected by high-strength bolts and embedded steel parts. In order to study the seismic performance of prefabricated concrete shear walls connected by high-strength bolts,a pseudo-static test was carried out on a cast-in-place specimen and two high-strength bolt connection test specimen, the failure characteristics, hysteresis performance, deformation capacity, bearing capacity, energy dissipation capacity and ductility of the specimen were analyzed. The result shows that high-strength bolt connection fabricated shear wall effectively realizes the working mechanism of shear wall components,it has full hysteresis curve, strong energy consumption and good seismic performance. The ultimate displacements of the cast-in-place specimen RCSW、the steel bar welding specimen DCSW1、the steel-encircled specimen DCSW2 reached 1/60,1/60 and 1/41.The crack development pattern, stress performance and failure pattern of the steel bar welding specimen DCSW1 are similar to those of the cast-in-place specimen RCSW,the energy consumption curve is basically the same, and the energy consumption capacity is close; The yield load, peak load and ultimate load of the steel-encircled specimen DCSW2 are all smaller than RCSW and DCSW1,the wall plastic deformation is relatively small, and the energy dissipation capacity is relatively low.
