摘要
对装配式预应力槽型板进行抗爆性能试验,再用ABAQUS软件对槽型板试验对比分析,验证了有限元分析结果的准确性.同时利用该有限元软件对足尺截面的槽型板进行模拟,对比分析了静载和动载形式下结构的破坏形式和受力形态,最后介绍装配式预应力槽型板结构的工程应用,结果表明:装配式预应力槽型板在 5 级人防荷载作用下结构处于完全弹性状态,4 级荷载作用下仅出现细小受拉裂纹,塑性变形小,说明混凝土槽型板可以承受 4级人防荷载不受破坏.ABAQUS软件对试验模拟准确性高,为结构抗爆性能分析提供了可行的解决方案.装配式预应力槽型板结构在爆炸荷载作用下具有良好延性.装配式预应力槽型板结构符合我国装配式建筑的要求,具有省时、省人工、节能及高质量等优势,有利于在工程中应用及推广.
Abstract
The anti-explosion performance test of prefabricated prestressed channel slab was carried out,and ABAQUS software was used to analyze the channel slab test,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element analysis.At the same time,the finite element software was used to simulate the channel slab with full size,and the failure form and force form of the structure under static and dynamic load were compared and analyzed.Finally,the engineering application of prefabricated prestressed channel slab in project was introduced.The results show that,the prefabricated prestressed channel slab is completely elastic under grade 5 civil air defense load,and only appears small tensile crack and small plastic deformation under grade 4 civil air defense load,indicating that the concrete channel slab can withstand grade 4 civil air defense load without damage.ABAQUS software has high accuracy in test simulation and provides a feasible solution for structural anti-explosive performance analysis.Prefabricated prestressed channel slab has good ductility under blast load.Prefabricated prestressed channel slab structure conforms to the requirements of prefabricated buildings in China,and has the advantages of saving time,saving labor,saving energy and high quality,which is conducive to the application and popularization in engineering.
