Design method and application case of deformation resistance for high-rise buildings in goaf affected area
The demand for land resources in the transformation period of coal resource-based cities is increasingly tense.The goaf affected area is no longer just for urban greening,but more and more subdivided,and engineering construction is carried out on the available sites.Focusing on the study of goaf affected areas in coal resource-based cities,based on numerical settlement and deformation resistance analysis,high-rise buildings adopt more economical and reasonable foundation schemes and deformation resistance measures while ensuring safety.The implementation of this design method can solve many projects in goaf affected areas that are stalled due to high deformation resistance measures,and alleviate the land demand for the development of coal resource-based cities.Based on the current deformation resistance design and analysis methods of the masonry structure and the high-rise building at home and abroad,it was proposed that the geotechnical finite element software was used to finely simulate the settlement deformation under the influence of normal construction and residual deformation.Based on calculation and analysis based on typical project cases,the quantitative analysis results of deformation resistance design was put forward.The analysis method and quantitative results provide effective experience for the subsequent deformation resistance design of high-rise buildings in coal resource-based cities.
