摘要

依托成都某PSB精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆项目,介绍了PSB精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆的设计计算方法.依据《建筑工程抗浮技术标准》(JGJ 476-2019)、《高压喷射扩大头锚杆技术规程》(JGJ/T 282-2012)、《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2010)(2015 年版)等国家标准规范从PSB精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆承载力计算、锚杆材料选用及强度计算、预应力损失及预应力张拉计算、锚墩区受压截面尺寸验算、筏板基础抗冲切验算等方面对PSB精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆进行了计算.结果表明采用以上方法对PSB精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆进行设计计算,能够满足行业内各规范的规定.

Abstract

Based on a PSB screw-thread steel bars prestressed anti-floating anchor with enlarged head project in Chengdu,the design and calculation method of PSB screw-thread steel bars prestressed anti-floating anchor with enlarged head was introduced.According to the Technical standard for anti-floating construction engineering(JGJ 476-2019),Technical specification for high-pressure jet extended head anchor(JGJ/T 282-2012),Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010-2010)(2015 edition)and other national standards for PSB screw-thread steel bars prestressed anti-floating anchor with enlarged head from the bearing capacity of PSB screw-thread steel bars prestressed anti-floating anchor with enlarged head,anchor material selection and strength calculation,prestress loss and prestressed tension calculation,anchor pier area compression section size check calculation,raft foundation anti-cutting check calculation were carried out.The results show that the design and calculation of PSB screw-thread steel bars prestressed anti-floating anchor with enlarged head can meet the requirements of various codes in the industry.
