Structural analysis and design of a complex over-limit high-rise building with inclined column transition
Dalian Northeast Asia ISC Headquarter is an over-limit high-rise building with a height of over B,with a building height of 245.8m.The building shape is fusiform with large in the middle area, small in the low area and the high area. There are three types of irregularities, such as jump members, inclined column and floor discontinuity.Based on the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system, the buckling of members, inclined column transition, dry shrinkage and creep effects, steel beam-column joints and rare earthquake elastic-plastic analysis of the stratocline members were discussed.According to the analysis results, the key and important members were appropriately strengthened and the corresponding structural measures were also treated. The results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and components can meet the seismic performance target, the irregular degree of the project has been effectively improved, and the structural system is reasonable, safe and effective, which ensures the smooth construction of the project.
