Performance analysis and design of an over-limit high-rise building in Zhuhai
The tower on the south side of Sino-Portuguese Business Center is a B level high-rise building,which adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system.The structure also has irregular items such as torsion irregularity,floor discontinuity,local corss-layer columns and inclined columns.According to the over-limit condition of the structure,the seismic performance design target was selected reasonably.Two programs of PKPM and MIDAS Building were used to conduct elastic response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake,and elastic analysis and non-yielding calculation under fortification earthquake were supplemented.And elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquake was carried out by SAUSAGE program.In view of the floor discontinuity,local corss-layer columns and inclined columns,the floor stress analysis,buckling stability analysis and stress analysis at the turning point of inclined columns were also carried out.According to the characteristics of the structure,corresponding strengthening measures were taken.The analysis results show that all indicators perform well,each performance of the structure can reach the predetermined seismic performance target,and the structural system is reasonable and feasible.
