弯扭柱-螺旋梁观光塔结构设计与静力分析

对重庆长江艺术湾区中岛艺路项目的观光塔结构设计要点进行阐述和分析.观光塔分为塔身和飘带,塔身高38.1m,飘带高25.66m.塔身是由三根逆时针旋转的弯扭箱形柱和顺时针旋转的螺旋箱形梁正交组成的螺旋结构,飘带是由两根弯扭箱形梁和中间连系梁组成的弯扭结构.该结构体型复杂,依据风洞试验确定了结构的风荷载体型系数.对结构的关键构件和关键节点进行了设计,并采用有限元软件MIDAS Gen和ABAQUS对结构的变形、构件内力、应力、结构整体稳定性和节点极限承载力进行了详细分析.结果表明,结构具备较高的安全可靠度.
The key points of the structural design of the sightseeing tower in the Zhongdao Art Road by the Changjiang River in Chongqing were elaborated and analyzed.The sightseeing tower is divided into tower mast and ribbon.The height of the tower mast is 38.1m and the height of the ribbon is 25.66m.The tower mast is a spiral structure composed of three counterclockwise rotating twisted box columns and clockwise rotating spiral box beams orthogonal to each other,and the ribbon is a twisted structure composed of two twisted box beams and the middle connecting beams.The shape of the structure is complex,and the wind load shape coefficient of the structure was determined according to the wind tunnel test.The key members and joints of the structure were designed,and the finite element software MIDAS Gen and ABAQUS were used to analyze the deformation of the structure,the internal force and stress of the members,the overall stability of the structure and ultimate bearing capacity of the joints.The results show that the structure has high safety reliability.
