Analysis and research on the key and difficult points of structural design of Sichuan University Museum
The Sichuan University Museum adopts a steel frame structure system and sets buckling-restrained brace(BRB)to improve the seismic performance of the structure.The structural design parameters and seismic performance objectives of Sichuan University Museum were introduced.Aiming at the key and difficult points in structural design,the working mechanism analysis of BRB,the analysis of the effective length of frame columns and the analysis of the cross-layer columns,and the correlation analysis of the large cantilever space on the east side were carried out.The working mechanism of BRB was explored by response spectrum analysis and time history analysis.The analysis results show that BRB can improve the plastic hinge of steel structure and play a role in protecting the main steel frame.According to the functional requirements of the large cantilever space on the east side,the design adopts the structural form of roof truss combined with steel tie rod hanging the east side stairs.Through the analysis of structural progressive collapse prevention,floor stress analysis,floor comfort analysis,key joint finite element analysis,etc.,the structural design of this part is safe and reasonable.The stress mechanism and weak parts of the whole structure were studied,and the design principles and strengthening measures of the key parts were put forward.
