Analysis and treatment of uneven settlement of a high-rise shear wall structure
The persistent uneven settlement without additional loads often occurs in high-rise construction with defective foundations, and the damage caused by this type of settlement is slow and continuous.Uneven settlement of the foundation will cause the building to crack and tilt, and further structural safety accidents will occur.Based on the monitoring data of a high-rise shear wall structure and uneven settlement, the ABAQUS was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element calculation model of the shear wall structure, and the internal force distribution and overall deformation development law of the upper structure under the condition of uneven settlement was analyzed. The results show that the finite element calculated internal force increase position of the model is consistent with the actual main cracking position of the outer wall, and the development law of the overall settlement and deformation is basically consistent with the field measured data, which proves the feasibility of the three-dimensional finite element model of the superstructure. The coupling calculation model of shear wall structure-pile-raft foundation-foundation was further established, and the influence of different raft thicknesses on the uneven settlement of the overall structure was analyzed. At the same time, the treatment method of "adding rafts+piles" was formulated in combination with actual cases. After reinforcement, the house is in a stable state, and there are no signs of development of deformation and cracks.
