Analysis and design of energy dissipation and seismic reinforcement of a hospital ward building
The original seismic fortification intensity of a building is less than 6 degrees, and its use is planned to be transformed from a hotel to a ward building. The viscous damping energy dissipation technology was used to reinforce the structure, and the seismic reinforcement performance target of the structure was determined to be performance 1.The nonlinear time history analysis of the reinforced structure under the action of frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake was carried out.The improvement of seismic performance indexes such as energy dissipation capacity, deformation capacity and damage yield mechanism of the reinforced structure was mainly analyzed. The analysis results show that the seismic indexes of the structure under the action of frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake all meet the requirements of the predetermined performance target, and the viscous damper has good energy dissipation capacity. The structure has a reasonable yield mechanism under rare earthquake, and the structural damage is slight.
