Study on durability environmental zoning of industrial concrete buildings and structures in iron and steel industry based on BP neural network
Due to the influence of various adverse production environments such as high temperature,humidity and corrosion,the durability problem of industrial concrete buildings and structures is very prominent.A large number of in-service industrial concrete buildings and structures have serious reinforcement corrosion and concrete deterioration,so that their service life is far less than the design service life.The main concrete structures in the five main production processes represented by sintering,coking,ironmaking,steelmaking and steel rolling of the iron and steel industry were taken as the research object,and the characteristics and durability damage of 117 buildings and structures in different ages were investigated.Two iron and steel industrial zones A and B in different regions were selected to investigate the durability of concrete buildings and structures of their main process structures,as well as local environmental investigation,detection and analysis,and the index system for the division of durability environment of concrete buildings and structures in iron and steel industry buildings was determined.The durability environment of main concrete buildings and structures in each process flow was divided based on BP neural network algorithm,and the classification diagram of durability environment was given,taking sintering chamber,coking plant,blast furnace tapping yard platform and steelmaking plant as examples,which provides a reliable basis for durability design,evaluation and repair of concrete buildings and structures in iron and steel industry.
