Structural design and key construction measures of waste incineration power plant
In view of problems existing in the main workshop of waste incineration power plant,such as irregular overall structure,large horizontal side pressure of waste,many uncertain factors,uneven load distribution,super-long structure and high mechanical performance requirements of anti-corrosion coating on the surface of waste pit,measures such as structural joint splitting,improvement of seismic grade,reasonable structural layout and strengthening of key parts were taken.The reasonable finite element software was used to calculate co-calculation model and the sub-calculation model of the structure.The results show that the connecting scheme of the main workshop is compact and convenient for equipment layout.The sub-calculation model is simple,safe and feasible for structural analysis.In addition,the construction suggestions were given.The common problem of cracking and leakage of waste incineration pits can be solved by reasonable structural design measures and strict control of construction links.
