Seismic strengthening design of N3-2 transfer station in Shougang Winter Olympic Square
The N3-2 transfer station of Shougang Winter Olympic Square is planned to be transformed into a civil building of office nature,and it is required to retain the original industrial style.According to the results of the inspection and appraisal report,the comprehensive safety level of the existing structures is Ceu,and the comprehensive seismic capacity does not meet the requirements within the subsequent service life,so reinforcement measures must be taken.In this project,buckling restrained braces were used to solve the problem of building height exceeding the limit after transformation.At the same time,the damping ratio of the structure was improved,the earthquake action was reduced,the reinforcement amount of the structure was reduced to a certain extent,and the economic benefit of the project was improved.The frame column was reinforced by the external clad steel method,which not only solves the problem of column axial pressure ratio exceeding the limit,but also improves the column bearing capacity.Through the above measures,the industrial structure is transformed into a civil building,and at the same time,the original industrial style is retained,which has certain significance for reinforcement and reconstruction projects.
