Structural design of an out-of-code connected high-rise building in Guangzhou
An out-of-code high-rise building in Guangzhou is a partially frame-supported shear wall structure with connectors. The heights of the two structures are 97.25m and 92.75m respectively, and they are connected by corridors on the 4th and 11th to 13th floors. In order to verify the reliability and safety of the structural layout, the YJK and ETABS software were used to carry out the overall calculation analysis and elastic time history analysis of the building structure. At the same time, with the help of Perform-3D software, the dynamic elastoplasticity of the structure was analyzed in depth, and the stress of the connected structure was analyzed specially. The results show that the mechanical system of the transfer member and the connected structure of the two towers is reasonable and reliable.According to the stress characteristics of the structure, the key components and other stress components were strengthened to ensure that the structure as a whole meets the requirements of the pre-set seismic performance objectives.
