Analysis of some problems in structural selection and design of transfer layer of exhibition hall in part Ⅳ expansion project of Canton Fair Complex
The part Ⅳ expansion project of Canton Fair Complex includes exhibition hall and other functional building units.Among them, the exhibition hall is divided into four structural units, each with a plan size of 207m×90m,with 2 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame structure, and the roof adopts prestressed inverted triangular three-dimensional truss. The exhibition hall intersects and overlaps with the tunnel of Metro Line 28 and the municipal tunnel(Shuangta Road Tunnel,Exhibition West Road Tunnel).Based on a comprehensive analysis of the multiple avoidance conditions of the subway line tunnel and the Shuangta Road Tunnel, and the relative position relationship with the exhibition hall, and the large usage load on the upper part of the exhibition hall,a structural plan for the co construction of the transfer layer and the Shuangta Road Tunnel in the overlapping area was proposed. The transfer layer spans the subway line tunnel to transfer the upper frame columns of the exhibition hall.By comparing different structural types and beam cross-sectional forms of the transfer layer, the optimal comprehensive plan was determined, and the overall structure and key nodes were analyzed.Cover excavation reverse method for tunnel construction was proposed, and improvement plans that are conducive to on-site construction and quality assurance to address the shortcomings of traditional intermediate pile column nodes were proposed.
