大连梭鱼湾专业足球场罩棚膜结构设计

大连梭鱼湾专业足球场罩棚膜结构采用张拉膜结构体系,膜结构沿屋盖两个对称轴 1/4 对称,主膜内环外环间共 336 个三角形膜单元,各膜以上斜索为谷索,屋盖设置五圈环向膜拱.屋盖覆盖材料采用 PTFE膜材,内挑棚区域采用ETFE气枕.依据风洞试验和风致雪漂移数值模拟报告,对罩棚膜结构进行计算分析得出,在第一类荷载组合和第二类荷载组合作用下,罩棚膜结构经纬向应力均满足规范要求,标准组合下变形满足规范要求,结构设计指标均满足结构设计性能目标要求.另外,对膜面较大的单元设置膜面索可有效提高膜单元刚度及承载力,主拱间合理设置次拱可减小膜承载面积,提高膜单元刚度及承载力.
Membrane structure design for canopy of Dalian Suoyuwan Professional Football Stadium
The canopy membrane structure of Dalian Suoyuwan Professional Football Stadium adopts tensioned membrane structure system.The membrane structure is 1/4 symmetrical along the two symmetry axes of the roof.There are 336 triangular membrane elements between the inner ring and the outer ring of the main membrane.The inclined cables above each membrane are the valley cables,and the roof is equipped with five rings of circumferential membrane arches.The roof covering material is PTFE membrane material,and the inner cantilevered shed area adopts ETFE cushion.According to the wind tunnel test and the numerical simulation report of wind-induced snow drift,the canopy membrane structure was calculated and analyzed.Under the action of the first type of load combination and the second type of load combination,the longitudinal and latitudinal stresses of the canopy membrane structure meet the requirements of the specification,the deformation under the standard combination meets the requirements of the specification,and the structural design indicators meet the requirements of the structural design performance objectives.In addition,the stiffness and bearing capacity of the membrane elements can be effectively improved by setting the membrane surface cable for the elements with larger membrane surface,and the reasonable setting of the secondary arch between the main arches can reduce the membrane bearing area and improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of the membrane elements.
