Key construction technologies of prefabricated T-beam flange post-tensioned prestressed cross-continuous beam-column joint
A new construction technology of prefabricated T-beam flange post-tensioned prestressed cross-continuous beam-column joint was disclosed. The pre-stressed tensioning technology of the integrated composite T-beam flange end under the plate was adopted at the prefabricated concrete beam-column joints, which effectively improves the mechanical characteristics of the beam-column joints, the anti-negative bending moment effect of the joints is good, and the seismic capacity of the prestressed beam-column reinforced joints is enhanced. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to optimize the construction simulation of the joints under the two working conditions of"low standard, early tension"and"super standard, controlled tension".The analysis results show that when the beam side and the bottom tension joint of the axillary plate are only tensioned on the column side, under the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure,it can be tensioned when the concrete condensation hardening reaches 75%of the design strength of the concrete. When the tension joint at the bottom of the axillary plate on the side of the beam is tensioned on three or four sides,it can be tensioned when the concrete condensation hardening reaches 85%of the design strength of the concrete. The overall technical scheme can save about 45%of the hoisting period compared with the conventional technology. The seismic effect of the joint is better, the cost is reduced by about 20%,and the construction process is effectively simplified. The new technology of overall assembly and construction meets the requirements of"green construction"specification.
