Experimental study on shear performance of precast gutter connected by high-strength bolt with cone hole grouting
To solve the problem of complex installation process caused by cast-in-place gutter in prefabricated concrete construction projects,in order to explore the feasibility of replacing cast-in-place gutter with precast gutter,a connection method of precast components consisting of reserved conical grouting holes,high-strength bolts, nuts, fasteners and high-strength grouting materials was proposed,namely,"high-strength bolt with cone hole grouting connection method".A simplified gutter specimen with this connection way was tested under vertical load to study the shear performance of the joint surface of precast gutter and precast concrete shear wall. The results show that the precast gutter connected by high-strength bolt with cone hole grouting has reliable connection performance, and no brittle failure and bolt fracture occur under shear load.Gutters and other non structural prefabricated members can be connected with prefabricated structural members by this connection method. The formula for calculating the shear capacity of a single bolt connector was proposed, which can provide reference for engineering application.
