Overview of key and difficult points in structural design of Hangzhou E-sports Center
The main structure of the inner ring of Hangzhou E-sports Center adopts the steel frame-support structure,and the outer ring adopts the structural system of large inclination angle fusiform inclined column+multi-section steel folding beam frame,which integrates load-bearing and lateral force resistance.The roof adopts the self-balanced structure of spoke-type cable-supported grid.The design points of underground structure and central venue structure were introduced in detail.The structural form of multi-section steel folding beam and cross-layer truss is designed by using architectural modeling space at the entrance hall.A floating curved footbridge is designed on the second to third floors of the building.The cross-section is a thin-walled steel box girder with a width of 2.2m and a span of 57m.The bridge adopts a stable structure of hanging up and supporting down.A series of analyses and tests such as static elasticity,dynamic elastoplasticity,shaking table test,typical joint finite element,overall stability and local stability were carried out on the whole structure.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the structure meet the requirements of the code under static load and earthquake.The ultimate bearing capacity of typical joints is 4.17 times of the load design value.The safety factor of the overall stability of the structure is 3.79.The local stability safety factor of inclined column is 2.52.The reasonable design ensures the safety,economy and practicability of the structure.
