Structural design of spoke-type cable-supported grid roof in Hangzhou E-sports Center
The cable-supported grid structure is a new type of space structure, which is widely used in large-span space structures. The spoke-type cable-supported grid roof structure of Hangzhou E-sports Center was analyzed and designed,MIDAS finite element software was used to design and simulate the cable tension construction scheme, and ABAQUS finite element software was used to carry out stability analysis and large vibration elastic-plastic analysis. The analysis results show that:at each stage of the construction process, the steel structure members of the roof are always less than 1,and the cable tension is less than 30%of the cable breaking force. When the construction is completed, compared with the design value, the maximum vertical displacement and inner tension of the roof structure errors are 6%and 4%respectively;the safety factor of the roof structure is 9.63,and the safety factor of the single-layer reticulated shell structure is 31.2,both of which are greater than 2.0 specified in the code, and the stability of the roof structure meets the requirements. The impact of initial defects on the single-layer lattice shell of this project is very small.Under the action of large earthquakes,no plastic deformation occurs in the structural members of the roof, and the prestressed cables do not retreat.
