钟祥市文化综合体项目由四个场馆组成,其中科技馆的建筑设计以高大空间为主,结构具有大跨度、大悬挑的特点.科技馆屋面四周的大跨外挑区域采用钢框架+钢桁架+预应力拉索组成的钢结构悬挂体系;屋面为带有预应力拉索的双向平面钢桁架,通过桁架端部的高强钢拉杆来传递下方悬挂区的荷载.针对悬挂体系的强度及稳定性进行了屈曲分析,对悬挂体系防连续倒塌能力、复杂节点分别进行了防倒塌专项分析、节点有限元分析.结果表明:该工程设计安全、经济、合理.
Structural design of Science and Technology Museum of Zhongxiang Cultural Complex Project
Zhongxiang Cultural Complex Project is composed of four venues.The architectural design of Science and Technology Museum is dominated by tall space,and the structure has the characteristics of large-span and large cantilever.The large-span cantilevered area around the roof of the Science and Technology Museum adopts a steel structure suspension system composed of steel frame+steel truss+prestressed cable.The roof is a two-way plane steel truss with prestressed cables,and the load of the lower suspension area is transmitted through the high-strength steel tie rod at the end of the truss.Buckling analysis was carried out on the strength and stability of the suspension system.The anti-progressive collapse ability of the suspension system and the complex joints were analyzed by special analysis of anti-collapse analysis and finite element analysis of joints.The results show that the design of the project is safe,economical and reasonable.
