Analysis and design on large-span prestressed reinforced concrete cross-layer truss structure of a national fitness center
In order to realize the local multi-layer column-free large space of a national fitness center, the structural design adopts the scheme of setting large-span prestressed beams on the second floor and setting large-span prestressed reinforced concrete cross-layer trusses on the third and fourth floors.SAP2000 software was used to compare the internal forces of the members in the cross-layer truss under the one-time full tension construction and the layered pouring and batch tension construction of the prestressed tendons. The results show that the final tension of the lower chord of the truss of the latter is small and meets the design requirements.Through the internal force changes of truss members in each construction stage, the arrangement and number of prestressed tendons were determined. Finally, the design of the prestressed members of the project and the targeted design measures were introduced, and the monitoring situation in the construction stage was explained.Through the above analysis and design, the feasibility of prestressed reinforced concrete cross-layer truss structure was verified, and the building function is well realized.
