Structural design on main structure of Wuhan Multi-media Centre
The building shape of Wuhan Multi-media Centre is complex,with irregular items such as large cantilever and large-span conversion.According to the characteristics of the project,the structural system of the project was briefly introduced,and the design of the key and difficult points of the structure such as the large cantilever conversion and single-layer two-way cable net curtain wall under normal use were expounded.At the same time,for the weak and complex connection floors of each layer,the analysis and comparison of the sub-tower model and the overall model were carried out under the action of earthquake.The results show that the self-balancing effect of the elastic support of the east and west towers is formed by using the top special-shaped space truss and the large-span corridor of the floor,which effectively reduces the additional effect of the cable force of the single-layer two-way cable net curtain wall on the main structure,and provides a constraint boundary with sufficient stiffness for the curtain wall.For the large-span roof with two-way concave in the same direction,the single-layer two-way overhanging steel grid structure is adopted to realize the organic combination of building and structure by using the geometric overhanging effect of modeling.Under the action of earthquake,the envelope design of vertical members was carried out by using the sub-tower model and the whole model without weak connection floor,so as to improve the safety of vertical lateral force resisting members.
