大中庭弱连接超限高层复杂结构设计研究

摘要
北京某特别不规则的超限高层结构为集办公、会议、交易、展览展示、科技等功能于一体的现代化企业总部,地上结构采用钢梁钢管柱(局部巨柱)框架-巨型桁架转换-钢筋混凝土筒混合结构体系.因建筑功能存在通高的中庭,部分竖向承重构件无法落地,利用外侧转换桁架和核心筒间转换桁架进行转换.为增强结构的整体性和抗扭能力,在两个避难层及屋顶层设加强桁架和伸臂桁架.对整体结构的各项性能进行验算,对各关键构件进行加强,结果表明:各项指标满足设计要求,结构性能安全可靠.
Abstract
A special irregular over-limit high-rise structure in Beijing is a modern enterprise headquarters with functions of office,conference,transaction,exhibition and display,science and technology.The above-ground structure adopts steel beam and steel pipe column(local giant column)frame-giant truss conversion-reinforced concrete tube hybrid structure system.Due to the high atrium of the building function,some vertical bearing members can not be landed,and the conversion truss between the outer conversion truss and the core tube is used for conversion.In order to enhance the integrity and torsion resistance of the structure,reinforced trusses and outrigger trusses are set up in two refuge floors and roof floors.The performance of the whole structure was checked and the key components were strengthened.The analysis results show that the indicators meet the design requirements,and the structural performance is safe and reliable.
