王府井外文书店复杂错层结构设计分析

王府井外文书店项目为大跨度双跨结构,楼层存在双向错层,中部设有外径 19.5m、高 27m的共享空间,是抗震复杂的超限高层项目.典型单榀错层钢结构研究分析结果显示,交叉型错层柱在地震作用下不会进入剪切屈服,错层双梁、错层串联支撑可有效提高结构抗侧承载能力、减小大震作用下结构塑性损伤程度.结构采用钢框架-支撑体系,设计中针对错层结构设计分析方法、层间位移角及扭转位移比统计、楼层刚度比及受剪承载力比计算、偏心布置判定等若干问题进行了探讨,并提出了通过调整结构抗侧构件布置、优化水平传力路径从而减轻不利影响的设计思路.通过多程序、多模型计算分析,抗震性能化设计及特殊部位的专项研究等,很好地实现了建筑效果及结构的安全性、合理性.
Complex staggered floor structure design and analysis of Wangfujing Foreign Language Bookstore
The Wangfujing Foreign Language Bookstore project is a seismic complex out-of-code high-rise project,with double large-span structure.There are two-way staggered floors,and shared space with an outer diameter of 19.5 meters and a height of 27 meters is set in the middle.The research and analysis results of a typical single staggered steel structure show that the cross type staggered columns will not enter the shear yield under the action of earthquakes,and the staggered double beams and the staggered series bracing can effectively improve the lateral load-bearing capacity of the structure and reduce the degree of plastic damage to the structure under the action of large earthquakes.The steel frame-bracing system is adopted for this structure.In the design,several issues such as the analysis method for staggered floor structure design,the statistics of inter-story displacement angle and torsional displacement ratio,the calculation of storey stiffness ratio and shear bearing capacity ratio,and the determination of eccentric layout were discussed.A design concept is proposed to reduce the adverse effects by adjusting the layout of lateral-resistant members and optimizing the horizontal force transmission path.Through multi-program and multi-model calculation and analysis,performance-based seismic design,and special research on special parts,the architectural effect,structural safety,and rationality are well achieved.
