"Bonny Seaty"Chongqing Flagship project consists of underground double-blue-holes challenge zone with a diameter of 7m,a square diving pool with a length of 20m on the ground,hanging pool and corresponding supporting functions,with a maximum water depth of 33m,which is also the world-first double-blue-holes city diving pool.The critical issue in structural design of"Bonny Seaty"Chongqing Flagship was discussed,such as how to distribute,transfer and balance the lateral water pressure of diving pool,how to consider the seismic action on water of diving pool,prestress technology,the design of hanging pool,how to reliably connect the hanging pool with the main structure and so on.The key stress location such as the sidewall of the pool,horizontal hoop plat and hanging pool V-column and column bottom nodes was analyzed by using MIDAS Gen software,and a simplified calculation model for reinforcement design was introduced.The elastoplastic dynamic under rare earthquake was analyzed using SAUSAGE software.The calculated results show that the main part of the diving pool is undamaged,with minor local damage,all structural components meet the predetermined performance goals.
