海南银行总部大楼项目主楼屋盖结构设计研究

大型总部式办公建筑常采用大跨度屋盖构建高大的室内中庭.以具体工程设计为例,介绍了采用环形桁架和折板屋盖结构的中庭屋盖设计、地震响应分析、性能目标及施工模拟分析等内容.采用 SATWE、Paco 和MIDAS Gen程序建立带减震构件的整体三维模型,通过有屋盖的整体模型和无屋盖的分塔模型下结构的层间位移角指标,考察了屋盖对结构整体性的影响.根据屋盖有限元分析结果,进行截面设计;通过提升施工的施工模拟计算和施工过程监测,保证了整体提升安全.分析结果表明:项目环形桁架和折板屋盖结构有较好的平面内刚度,采用与主体结构刚性连接的做法后,增加了结构的整体性.大跨度屋盖结构采用地面组装,再整体提升的施工方式时,应进行施工模拟分析,对提升阶段进行严密监测,确保工程质量和结构安全.
Research on roof structure design of main building of Hainan Bank Headquarters Building Project
Large-scale headquarters-style office buildings often adopt large-span roofs to construct tall indoor atriums.Taking a specific design project as an example,the design,seismic response analysis,performance target and construction simulation analysis of the atrium roof with ring truss and folded plate roof structure were introduced.The overall three-dimensional model with energy-dissipated was established using SATWE,Paco and MIDAS Gen programs.The influence of the roof on the structural integrity was investigated by the story-drift index of the structure under the overall model with roof and the sub-tower model without roof.According to the finite element analysis results of the roof,the section design was carried out.Through the construction simulation calculation and construction process monitoring of the lifting construction,the overall lifting safety was ensured.The analysis results show that the ring truss and folded plate roof structure of the project have good in-plane stiffness.After rigid connection with the main structure,the integrity of the structure is increased.When the large-span roof structure is assembled on the ground and then lifted as a whole,the construction simulation analysis should be carried out,and the lifting stages should be closely monitored to ensure the engineering quality and structural safety.
