Design and analysis on spoke type beam string roof structure of a tennis center
The roof of a tennis center is composed of a ring canopy and a central roof, the plane projection of both is concentric oval, the ring canopy adopts steel truss structure, and the central roof adopts spoke type beam string structure after scheme selection, both covered with translucent PTFE film.Firstly, the wind load value, snow load value and temperature load value of the roof were studied. Then,on the basis of the above, the determination of initial prestress value, support form, overall stability, anti continuous collapse and key joints of the central roof beam string structure were analyzed. The results show that when the central roof is under self weight balance,The maximum axial force of the tension cable of beam string structure on the long and short axis is 745kN and 490kN respectively. The central roof adopts radial sliding and the tangential fixed hinge support form is reasonable, and the allowable radial displacement is limited to 30mm.Using the static instability mode method to introduce the whole initial geometric defects, the double nonlinear stability analysis of the central roof of the tennis center was carried out,and the stability bearing capacity coefficient of the tennis center roof meets the safety requirements.Using the nonlinear dynamic method in the dismantling component method for anti continuous collapse analysis, the roof of the tennis center will not collapse continuously due to the breakage of the tension cables of beam string structure.Special design and detailed finite element analysis were carried out on the key joints of the tennis center roof, ensuring the safety and reliability of the joints.
