Analysis on influence of periodic excitation from large-scale industrial equipment on buildings
In practical engineering,when large-scale industrial equipment is working,conventionally designed and constructed industrial plants may appear obvious vibration,which may affect the safety and stability of the building.The influence of periodic excitation caused by the operation of large-scale industrial equipment on the stability and safety of the building was deeply discussed.By comparing the vibration frequency of the equipment with the natural frequency of the building,it is revealed that the periodic excitation during the operation of the equipment is the main reason cause of resonance.The corresponding solution strategy and experience for reference were put forward,including structural reinforcement measures,changing the natural frequency of the building and changing the operating frequency of the equipment.Through these comprehensive measures,the resonance phenomenon caused by the vibration of the equipment in the building were effectively controlled and reduced to ensure the long-term safe operation of the whole structure.
