混凝土中灌浆套筒的本构模型研究

提出了通过改变灌浆套筒位置处钢筋弹性模量模拟套筒连接混凝土构件的有限元建模方法,套筒和钢筋本构模型采用双折线本构模型,通过汇总 60 个灌浆套筒钢筋拉拔试验结果并对数据进行拟合,给出了套筒本构曲线与钢筋本构曲线之间的关系式.使用推导出的关系式计算套筒本构曲线,通过ABAQUS有限元软件,利用非线性弹簧模拟钢筋粘结滑移、粘性接触模拟钢筋粘结滑移和界面裂缝,对 3 个灌浆套筒连接预制构件进行滞回分析.通过对比滞回曲线、钢筋应变、钢筋滑移量和界面裂缝,发现模拟结果与试验值吻合程度较高.
Study on constitutive model of grouting sleeve in concrete
A finite element modeling method was proposed to simulate the concrete member connected by grouting sleeve by changing the elastic modulus of steel bar at the position of grouting sleeve.The constitutive model of sleeve and steel bar adopts the double broken line constitutive model.By summarizing 60 pull-out test results of grouting sleeve steel bar and fitting the data,the relationship between the constitutive curve of sleeve and the constitutive curve of steel bar was given.The constitutive curve of the sleeve was calculated by the derived relationship.Through the ABAQUS finite element software,the nonlinear spring was used to simulate the bond slip of the steel bar,the viscous contact was used to simulate the bond slip of the steel bar and the interface crack,and the hysteresis analysis of the three prefabricated components of the grouting sleeve connection was carried out.By comparing the hysteresis curve,steel bar strain,steel bar slip and interface crack,it is found that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental values.
