摘要

对高层建筑结构扭转位移比的基本概念进行了讨论,精确界定了扭转位移比的定义,并指出了在工程应用中存在的问题.通过分析无裙房塔楼和带裙房塔楼的高层结构,揭示了现行规范中扭转位移比的局限性,并提出了改进建议.结果表明:扭转位移比作为判断结构扭转严重性的指标存在不足,尤其是在结构底部或带裙房的情况下,可能导致对结构扭转影响的误判.进一步分析了扭转位移比与层间扭转角的关系,并指出直接采用层间扭转角作为控制指标的不可行性.最后,对水平地震作用下的结构抗扭设计方法提出了一些改进建议.建议在设计中应重视竖向构件和楼板的受扭承载力验算,以确保结构的抗扭安全性.

Abstract

The basic concept of torsional displacement ratio of high-rise building structure was discussed.The definition of torsional displacement ratio was accurately defined,and the problems in engineering application were pointed out.Through the analysis of high-rise structures without podium towers and with podium towers,the limitations of the torsional displacement ratio in the current code were revealed,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.The results show that the torsional displacement ratio is insufficient as an index to judge the severity of structural torsion,especially in the case of the bottom of the structure or with podium,which may lead to misjudgment of the influence of structural torsion.Relationship between the torsional displacement ratio and inter-story torsional angle was analyzed,and the infeasibility of directly using the inter-story torsional angle as a control criterion was pointed out.Finally,some improvement suggestions for the torsional design method of structures under horizontal seismic actions were proposed.It is suggested that the torsional capacity of vertical members and floors should be checked in the design to ensure the torsional safety of the structure.
