我国智能建造发展现状与趋势研究

发展智能建造是我国建筑业提升科技含量、实现高质量发展的战略选择.在辨析智能建造概念的基础上,系统梳理了国家层面智能建造政策体系以及财政、土地、税收、评优和人才等五方面的地方支持政策,总结分析了数字化设计、智能生产、智能施工、智慧运维、建筑产业互联网和智能建造装备等6大智能建造关键技术领域和典型应用场景,提出了智能建造上中下游12类核心产业的分类方法,研究了部分地方智能建造产业发展现状,剖析了国内智能建造在基础研究、产业发展模式、技术研发、政策支持等方面存在的主要问题,并研判了"提品质、降成本"将成为行业主旋律、企业将成为科技创新的主体、技术应用深度和广度将进一步扩展等智能建造未来发展趋势.
Research on current status and trends of intelligent construction in China
The development of intelligent construction is a strategic choice for China's construction industry to enhance its technological content and realize high-quality development.On the basis of analyzing the concept of intelligent construction,the intelligent construction policy system at the national level as well as the local support policies in five aspects,such as finance,land,tax,evaluation and talent were systematically synthesized,six key technology fields and typical application scenarios of intelligent construction,such as digital design,intelligent production,intelligent construction,intelligent operation and maintenance,construction industry internet and intelligent construction equipment were summarized and analyzed,then a classification method for 12 major industries in the upstream,midstream and downstream of the intelligent construction industry was proposed.The current status of the development of intelligent construction industry in some places was studied,the main problems of domestic intelligent construction in terms of basic research,industrial development mode,technology research and development,policy support,etc.was analyzed,and the future development trend of intelligent construction,such as"improving quality and lowering cost"will become the main theme of the industry,enterprises will become the main body of scientific and technological innovation,and the depth and breadth of technological application will be further expanded were judged.
