The building height of super high-rise project in Chengdu Zhonghai Tianfu New District is 488.9 meters,which is the tallest building built or under construction in the Southwest of China.The tower building adopts giant column frame-outrigger truss-core tube structure system,which has the characteristics of 8 ring trusses and 2 outrigger floors,no external giant diagonal braces and the columns of secondary frame is discontinuous.The design strategy of tower structure was introduced,including the setting of overall performance parameters,seismic performance objectives and performance levels of key components.The structural layout and design of foundation,ring truss,outrigger truss,giant concrete-filled steel tube column,large cantilevered corner and tower crown were described.The anti-continuous collapse analysis of sub frame structure and the calculation and analysis of key components such as reinforced floor,horizontal brace,inclined column and inclined wall were carried out.The construction measures of key joints connected with giant columns and outriggers,as well as the construction simulation results and treatment measures under the long-term load effect of the structure were given.The results show that the structural system and arrangement are reasonable and safe,and each component can meet the predetermined performance targets.
