某高层办公楼底部折柱转换结构设计与分析

某商务办公楼位于高烈度区,其结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒,底部 6 层南侧框架柱均采用折柱,地上 3 层及 6 层为折柱折点楼层,底部 2 层核心筒偏置,属于复杂建筑结构.进行了多遇地震作用下的整体分析、时程分析及罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性变形验算,并对折柱传力模式、折柱折点处楼板应力以及折柱节点设计进行了专项分析.根据分析结果,从计算和构造两方面对关键构件和部位进行加强,使结构整体及关键构件满足预设的性能目标.另外,在基础顶斜柱将荷载传至核心筒南侧外墙,导致了核心筒南侧荷载集中,从而引起了基础不均匀沉降、主体结构倾斜等问题,针对这些问题采取了变刚度调平、取消后浇带等一系列措施,将各项指标控制在规范允许范围内.
The business office building is located in the high intensity area,and its structural system is reinforced concrete frame core tube.The south side frame columns of the bottom six floors all use folded columns.The third and sixth floors above ground are the floors where the turning points of the folded columns are located,and the core tube of the bottom two floors is offset.Therefore,the building belongs to a complex building structure.The overall analysis and time history analysis under frequent earthquake action,as well as the static elastoplastic deformation verification under rare earthquake action were carried out.The special analysis was carried out on the force transmission of the folded column,the stress of the floor at the folded point of the folded column and the design of the folded column joint.According to analysis results,strengthening measures were taken for the key components and parts from the aspects of calculation and construction,so that the seismic performance of the whole structure and each key component can reach the performance objectives of the design.In addition,the load is transmitted to the outer wall on the south side of the core tube by the inclined column at the top of the foundation,which has led to concentrated load on the south side of the core tube,causing uneven settlement of the foundation and tilting of the main structure.To address these issues,a series of measures were taken,such as stiffness variation leveling and cancellation of the post pouring strip,to control various indicators within the allowable range of the standards.
