The external curtain wall structure of Dalian Suoyuwan Professional Football Stadium is a single-layer ethylene tetra fluoro ethylene(ETFE)membrane system supported by steel truss+cross cable net.The 56 radial steel trusses connected to the main structure,the ring frame ramp and the ring horizontal support together constitute the lateral force resistance system of the external curtain wall structure.The parallel cross cable net is set between the ring frame ramps to support the single-layer ETFE membrane to form the facade curtain wall of the football field.According to the wind tunnel test and the natural conditions of the site,the wind load resistance,temperature resistance and seismic resistance of the external curtain wall structure were calculated and analyzed.The results of structural dynamic characteristics analysis,structural deformation and stress analysis,and cable structure initial state form finding analysis all meet the requirements of structural design control objectives.The optimization analysis results of the external curtain wall structure show that the force of the pre-tension on the cantilever truss can be reduced by setting the cantilever truss equidistantly in the frame column,increasing the horizontal support and setting the steel vertical rods,reducing the cable length and reducing the pre-tension.As a secondary structure,the outer wall membrane is hung on the two-way oblique cable net.The structure is reasonably stressed,which conforms to the design concept of the building ruled surface,and the structure and the building are coordinated and unified.
