摘要

河北宁晋体育馆屋盖结构造型复杂,采用钢结构拱桁架结构形式,运用MIDAS Gen软件对钢结构屋盖进行了整体稳定分析和多遇地震下的整体弹性计算,分析结果表明钢结构拱桁架方案可行且安全.因钢结构拱跨度大、拱脚节点受力复杂,为验证节点设计的合理性和安全性,选取了 4 个典型节点进行了足尺节点受压试验.试验结果表明:节点设计能承受上部结构荷载并留有适当的安全储备.

Abstract

The roof structure of Ningjin gymnasium in Hebei Province is complex in shape and adopts a steel arch truss structure.MIDAS Gen software was used to conduct overall stability analysis and elastic calculation of the steel structure roof under frequent earthquakes.The analysis results show that the steel arch truss scheme is feasible and safe.Due to the large-span of the steel structure arch and the complex stress on the arch foot joints,four typical joints were selected for full-scale joint compression tests to verify the rationality and safety of the joint design.The experimental results show that the joints can withstand the load of the upper structure and leave appropriate safety reserves.
