太原武宿国际机场T3 航站楼主楼钢屋盖由高屋盖、低屋盖和贵宾厅组成,采用中国古建筑坡屋顶造型,建筑高度 43m.高屋盖、低屋盖采用平面桁架和四角锥网架,以适应传力需求.竖向支承结构根据柱高和承载能力选择固接或铰接方式,部分柱采用钢管混凝土以提高抗侧刚度.关键节点设计特别关注天窗结构和Y形柱,后者在分叉处采用铸钢件,顶部通过带关节轴承的销轴节点连接.针对裸露钢结构,讨论了外观品质控制方法,确保Y形柱等标志性元素满足建筑要求.
Design and research on roof structure of main building of Taiyuan Wusu International Airport Terminal 3
The steel roof of main building of Taiyuan Wusu International Airport Terminal 3 consists of high roof,low roof and VIP hall.It adopts the slope roof shape of ancient Chinese architecture,and the building height is 43m.The high roof and low roof are equipped with plane trusses and quadrangular mesh frames to meet the demands of force transmission.The vertical support structure can be fixed or hinged according to the column height and bearing capacity,and some columns are made of concrete-filled steel tube to improve the lateral stiffness.The key joint design pays special attention to the skylight structure and the Y-shaped column,Y-shaped column adopts cast steel at the fork and is connected at the top by a pin joint with articulated bearings.For the exposed steel structure,the appearance quality control method was discussed to ensure that the iconic elements such as Y-shaped columns meet the architectural requirements.
