钢丝网混凝土薄板受弯性能试验研究

为研究钢丝网对混凝土薄板受弯性能的影响,设计制作了 6 块混凝土薄板进行受弯性能试验,分析在 1/3板跨集中荷载下混凝土薄板的破坏形态,研究钢丝网对混凝土薄板开裂荷载、裂缝宽度和间距以及极限荷载的影响.结果表明:在混凝土薄板内添加钢丝网能提高混凝土薄板的抗裂性能,相对普通混凝土薄板,钢丝网混凝土薄板的裂缝间距和宽度平均减少 25%;同时添加钢丝网对混凝土薄板的开裂荷载和抗弯承载力也有较大提升,开裂荷载最大提升幅度达到 117%倍,极限荷载提升幅度最大达 44%;并且钢丝网网格尺寸越小,提升效果越好.在试验的基础上,考虑了不同尺寸钢丝网对混凝土的约束作用,推导出了钢丝网混凝土薄板受弯承载力计算建议公式.
Experimental study on flexural behavior of steel wire mesh concrete sheet
In order to study the influence of steel wire mesh on the flexural behavior of concrete sheet,six concrete sheets were designed and produced for flexural behavior testing,the destruction pattern of concrete sheets under 1/3 plate span concentration load was analyzed,and the influence of steel wire mesh on the cracking load,crack width and spacing,and ultimate bearing capacity of concrete sheets was studied.The results show that adding steel wire mesh in concrete sheets can improve the crack resistance of concrete sheets,reduce the crack spacing and width of ordinary concrete sheet by an average 25%.At the same time adding steel wire mesh on the cracking load and the bending bearing capacity of the concrete sheets is also have certain ascend,the maximum lift of the cracking load reaching 2.17 times and the maximum increase of ultimate load reaching 1.44 times.The smaller the mesh of steel wire mesh size,the better the lifting effect.On the basis of experimental research,considering the constraint effect of different sizes of steel wire mesh on concrete,the recommended formula for calculating the bending bearing capacity of composite steel wire mesh concrete sheets was deduced.
