摘要

针对高烈度湿陷性黄土地区某TOD项目,从基础埋深、地基处理、基底压力、场地周边情况、后期施工干扰及工程造价等方面,分析了其地基处理及基础选型.依据项目特点,对不同地基基础方案进行了对比,重点分析了CFG桩复合地基筏板基础和长螺旋钻孔压灌桩筏板基础.结果表明:CFG桩复合地基筏板基础综合造价优于长螺旋钻孔压灌桩筏板基础,并给出了优化后的CFG桩复合地基筏板基础方案;建议湿陷性黄土场地采用CFG桩复合地基时,考虑饱和土参数对复合地基承载力的影响,以便简化挤密预处理工艺.当裙房基础埋深与住宅主楼差异较大且二者毗邻时,考虑湿陷性黄土场地及施工的便利性和可行性,裙房基础采用了桩基础.

Abstract

The TOD project is located in a high-intensity collapsible loess region.The foundation treatment and foundation selection of the project were analyzed from the aspects of foundation depth,foundation treatment,base pressure,site surroundings,later construction interference,and engineering cost.Based on the characteristics of the project,different foundation treatment schemes were compared,with a focus on analyzing CFG pile composite foundation raft foundation and long spiral drilled pile pressure grouting raft foundation.The results show that comprehensive cost of CFG pile composite foundation raft foundation is better than that of long spiral drilled pile pressure grouting raft foundation,and the optimized scheme of CFG pile composite foundation raft foundation is given.It is recommended when using CFG pile composite foundation for collapsible loess region,the influence of saturated soil parameters on the bearing capacity of the composite foundation should be considered in order to simplify the compaction pretreatment process.When the depth of the podium foundation is significantly different from that of the main residential building and them are adjacent,considering the convenience and feasibility of the collapsible loess region and construction,it is recommended to use pile foundation for the podium foundation.
