基桩检测与性能评估是开展既有建筑综合整治与安全适用研究的重要一环.既有建筑的基桩属于隐蔽工程,按常规检测方法检测不可行且在检测过程中还可能带来安全风险.以深圳市某控停违法统建楼改造项目为例,基于概率统计及可靠度分析原理提出了分阶段抽样检测及关键构件合格率的评估方法,并通过后续施工续建及沉降监测,验证了该检测方案的合理性以及检测结果的可靠性.
Example analysis of existing foundation pile detection and reliability
Foundation pile detection and performance evaluation are crucial components in the comprehensive renovation and safety applicability research of existing buildings.The foundation piles of existing buildings are concealed works.It is not feasible to detect them according to conventional detection methods and may also bring safety risks during the detection process.Take the reconstruction project of a controlled illegal building in Shenzhen as an example,based on the principle of probability statistics and reliability analysis,the evaluation method of phased sampling detection and qualified rate of key components was proposed.The rationality of the detection scheme and the reliability of the detection results were verified by the subsequent construction and settlement monitoring.
