固废基胶凝材料水化特性及其掺量对C30混凝土力学性能影响研究

通过粒度分析、力学性能测试及XRD、SEM、热分析手段,考察了固废基胶凝材料基本物理性能及水化特性,在此基础上考察了固废基胶凝材料掺量对C30 混凝土力学性能的影响.结果表明:固废基胶凝材料粒度比水泥细,水化产物主要为 AFt和 C-S-H凝胶.固废基胶凝材料用量 360~400kg/m3 时,C30 混凝土 28d抗压强度36.9~40.4MPa.固废基胶凝材料与水泥双掺且水泥用量为 80kg/m3 时,C30 混凝土 28d抗压强度 43.7MPa.固废基胶凝材料与水泥、粉煤灰三掺时,C30 混凝土具有较好的 28d抗压强度保证率.固废基胶凝材料与粉煤灰双掺时,C30 混凝土整体强度较差.
Study on hydration characteristics of solid waste based cementitious materials and effect of its content on mechanical properties of C30 concrete
Through particle size analysis,mechanical performance testing,XRD,SEM,and thermal analysis methods,the basic physical properties and hydration characteristics of solid waste based cementitious materials were investigated.On this basis,the influence of the content of solid waste based cementitious material on the mechanical properties of C30 concrete was investigated.The results show that particle size of solid waste based cementitious material is thinner than cement,and the hydration products are mainly AFt and C-S-H gel.When the amount of solid waste based cementitious material is 360~400kg/m3,the compressive strength of C30 concrete at 28d is 36.9~40.4MPa.The 28d compressive strength of C30 concrete is 43.7MPa,when the solid waste based cementitious material and cement are mixed and the cement content is 80kg/m3.When the solid waste based cementitious material is mixed with cement and fly ash,C30 concrete has a good 28d compressive strength guarantee rate.When the solid waste based cementitious material and fly ash are mixed together,the overall strength of C30 concrete is poor.
