摘要
钢结构建筑具有快速建造的特点,契合国内对快速兴建防疫居住建筑的旺盛需求,在当前疫情背景下有着极为广泛的应用场景.为了充分发挥这一优势,需要从设计阶段到施工阶段全方位的融合快速建造的理念.介绍了某防疫居住建筑的高效建造过程,从建筑平面布局模数化、结构体系选型、基础选型、构件标准化、节点构造等方面,结合项目实际施工中的经验教训,提炼总结了面向建筑高效建造的设计要点和创造性做法.
Abstract
Steel structure building has the characteristics of rapid construction,which is in line with the strong domestic demand for rapid construction of epidemic prevention residential buildings,and has an extremely wide range of application scenarios under the current epidemic background.In order to take full advantage of this advantage,it is necessary to integrate the concept of rapid construction from the design stage to the construction stage.The efficient construction process of an epidemic prevention residential building was introduced.From the aspects of building plane layout modularization,structural system selection,foundation selection,component standardization,joint details etc.,combined with the experience and lessons of practical construction procedure,the design essentials and creative practices of efficient construction for building were refined and summarized.
