In order to solve the problems of high unit cost,high difficulty in fabrication and installation,and difficult detection of connection quality in sleeve grouting connection of precast building structure,a new type of precast structure technology:assembled monolithic steel skeleton concrete structure(referred to as PCT precast concrete structure)was proposed based on the concept of equivalent cast-in-place.The PCT precast concrete structure was introduced to theory,method of design,production,construction and quality acceptance.The application of the PCT precast concrete structure technology in various fields such as residential houses,public buildings or industrial buildings,municipal engineering and modular integrated construction(MIC)was elaborated.The results show that PCT precast concrete structure is technically safe and reliable,conventional and fast in production,simple and easy to apply,and has a wide application prospect.
