智能建造试点城市政策对建筑业新质生产力发展的影响研究

Study on impact of smart construction pilot city policies on development of new quality productivity in construction industry

基于2019-2023年我国24个智能建造试点城市和24个非试点城市的面板数据,运用双重差分模型验证智能建造试点城市政策对提升建筑业全要素生产率的促进作用,进而分析其对建筑业新质生产力发展的影响.研究结果表明:相比非试点城市,智能建造试点城市的建筑业全要素生产率提升了 5.9%,反映出智能建造试点城市政策促进了建筑业全要素生产率的显著提升,推动了建筑业新质生产力的发展;智能建造试点城市政策主要通过降低建筑业能源消耗和提高政府支持力度等来提升建筑业全要素生产率.异质性检验表明,智能建造试点城市政策存在显著的城市行政等级异质性,即智能建造试点城市政策对行政等级较高的城市具有更显著的促进效果.
Based on the panel data of 24 smart construction pilot cities and 24 non-pilot cities in China from 2019 to 2023,the double difference model was applied to verify the facilitating effect of smart construction pilot city policy on enhancing the total factor productivity of the construction industry,and then analyzed its impact on the development of new quality productivity in the construction industry.The results of the study show that compared with non-pilot cities,the total factor productivity of the construction industry in smart construction pilot cities has increased by 5.9%,reflecting that the smart construction pilot city policy promotes a significant increase in the total factor productivity of the construction industry and promotes the development of new quality productivity in the construction industry;the policy of the smart construction pilot cities mainly enhances the total factor productivity of the construction industry by reducing the construction industry's energy consumption and increasing the strength of the government's support.The heterogeneity test shows that significant heterogeneity has administrative level of cities in the smart construction pilot city policy,the smart construction pilot city policy has a more substantial promotion effect on cities with a higher administrative level.
